  • Provide instruction in punctuality, grooming, attendance skills, and other job readiness instruction.
  • Provide instruction with benefits including payroll deductions, insurance, and retirement.
  • Provide job-site consultation to identify or modify barriers to employment.

How does the individual benefit?

  • A job helps promote self-esteem and the feeling of independence.
  • The individual earns money
  • The individual becomes a more active member of their community.
  • The Employment Specialist will maintain contact with the individual and employer throughout the employment process to promote job success.
